Our niche in the marketplace is primarily prototype, fast turn production, and low volume production PCB product. However, we welcome the opportunity to address a smaller percentage of mid-volume production as a service to our customers.
Technology level typically ranges from 1 to 24 layers, .005" lines/spaces, and materials including FR-4, polyimide, ceramic, Teflon, high speed, flex, rigid flex, MC-5, GML-1000, and other specialty materials. Our management staff has in-depth experience in building printed circuit boards for the telecommunications, military, and commercial industries. Manufacturing turn times include 1 day for single and double-sided designs and 2 day for multilayer designs. In-house process capabilities include laser photo plotting, net list electrical testing, selective gold plating, and 20.5" x 26.5" PCB maximum dimensions.
